\Pter`o*bran"chi*a\, n. pl. [NL., fr. Gr. ? a wing + ? ?.] (Zo["o]l.) An order of marine Bryozoa, having a bilobed lophophore and an axial cord. The genus Rhabdopleura is the type. Called also {Podostomata}. See {Rhabdopleura}.
